The best inventory in your market is sitting in a driveway.
Restock finds private-party sellers in your area and your price band, works them by phone, and books them to drive the car to your lot. You appraise it and make the offer.

Everyone is bidding on the same units, at the same block, against the same buyers.
Trade-ins don’t cover the gap. Auction prices hold and the fees stack on top. The front line gets thin, and the units that land cost more than they should.
Meanwhile the cars you actually want are ten minutes away, listed by owners who’d rather sell today than field tire-kickers for three weeks.
Reaching those sellers is a full-time phone job. That’s the whole reason we exist.
Four steps between an empty bay and a car on your lot.
-
Step 01
We set your buy box
Radius, makes, model years, mileage ceiling and the price band you want on your front line. We only chase cars you’d put a number on.
-
Step 02
We find the sellers
Private-party listings across your market, refreshed continuously and filtered against your buy box before anyone picks up a phone.
-
Step 03
We work the phones
We confirm the car is real and available, check condition and title status, and handle the “I want retail money” conversation before it reaches you.
-
Step 04
The seller comes to you
A set time on your calendar. The car arrives at your lot. You appraise it in person and make your offer.
You pay for appointments that show up.
No retainer. No setup fee. No twelve-month agreement. If a seller doesn’t turn up with the car, there’s nothing to invoice.
A flat fee per booked appointment that shows. Rates depend on your market and buy box — ask us.
Weekly, in arrears, against a shared log of every appointment we booked for you.
Month to month. Stop whenever it stops working for your lot.
We cap how many lots we work per market, so we never send the same seller to you and your competitor.
Independent dealers who buy their own inventory.
Single-rooftop lots and small groups — operators who feel it the moment the front line gets thin, and who’d rather appraise a car in their own drive than bid against three buyers at the block.

We ran the buy center before we sold it.
Restock exists because we did this job inside a dealership first, on salary, with a GM asking every Monday what we had bought.
In early 2024 our team built and ran the buy center at a multi‑rooftop used‑car group in Southern California. The brief was blunt: stop depending on the auction. Find the cars people already owned, work the phones, and get sellers to drive them onto the lot.
Over the year that followed, buying direct from private sellers went from something a salesperson did between customers to a daily discipline with its own desk, its own call lists and its own numbers. That is the whole of what we do now.
The work is unglamorous. Scrape the market every morning, call fast, qualify honestly, book the appointment, confirm it twice, and keep the buy box in front of you the whole time so you are not booking cars nobody wants to own.
Reaching sellers is a full-time job
It never gets done between customers. The lots that win at private-party acquisition give the phone to someone whose only job is the phone.
The appointment is the product
A list of interested sellers is worth nothing. A seller who turns up with the car, the title and a realistic number is worth the whole week.
Most lots cannot staff it
A single rooftop rarely justifies two or three people on the phones all day. That gap is exactly why the cars stay in driveways.
A small team of phone closers.
Not a software company, not a marketing agency, and not a lead vendor. Everyone here has sat in the chair and made the calls. When you set a buy box with us, you are setting it with people who know what a car is worth and what a wasted appointment costs you.
We cap how many lots we work per market, because two dealers in the same radius chasing the same seller is a bad deal for both of them.
- We are new as a company. The method is not. If you want to judge it, give us five appointments and judge those.
- You pay for appointments that show. No retainer, no contract, nothing to sign, and nothing owed when a seller does not turn up.
- We will tell you if your radius is thin. There is no version of this where we take money to book you appointments that are not there.
Tell us what you’re trying to stock.
Ten minutes on the phone is enough to set a buy box and see whether there’s volume in your radius. If there isn’t, we’ll tell you straight.
